A second decaffeinated coffee for the Explorers to devour.
This coffee is a single origin Colombian varietal, combining a medium body with light acidity and a hint of cocoa, hazelnut and soft fruit. This coffee is decaffeinated using sugar cane syrup as the medium to remove the caffeine in soft spring water baths. The resultant bean roasts superbly to a medium dark finish and a great aroma, hinting at the luxury to come after brewing.
